What is concentration? Why does concentration calm your mind and why can you be more mindful and in the here and now?
Whether you have been meditating for years or are just thinking about starting, concentration is an indispensable part for everyone on the Buddhist path.
In this introduction session Herman Schreuder explains samatha meditation (concentration meditation) on buddho (the qualities of the Buddha) based on his years of experience. For those who want to, there is also the possibility to try this meditation yourself.
