In this introduction session Herman Schreuder explains samatha meditation (concentration meditation) on buddho (the qualities of the Buddha) based on his years of experience. For those who want to, there is also the possibility to try this meditation yourself.

If you want to participate in the group meditations, it is important that you have practiced the meditation for a number of weeks so that you have mastered the technique.
If you are interested in starting the meditation you can contact us for a personal introduction.
If you have been practicing for a while and would like to participate in the group meditation then you are very welcome, please let us know in advance so we can take your arrival into account.
